Our Conference has space for fifteen organizations in the Exhibition area. The Conference audience are genealogists interested in repositories, tools, archives, publications and educational materials. The space is located outside the meeting room where all presentations will be held. There are breaks built into the day for attendees to browse the exhibition area.

Exhibitors are required to Register as an Exhibitor and make payment. To Register as an Exhibitor you can complete the online form (to the right) or download a form to print out and mail in. You make payment in our Store (see navigation menu), or send a check to:  CDGS

Non-Profit & Society Exhibitors will be charged $80.


Commercial Exhibitors will be charged $160.00


Access to the conference lectures themselves and food/drink are not provided. Restaurants are available in the Desmond, you can bring your own refreshments, or you can register for the conference for access to lectures, lunch and snacks.


We provide:

  • 2 chairs
  • Waste paper basket
  • Power ($20 charge additional)
  • Internet connection -  free wireless
  • Free Parking - onsite 

In addition all Exhibitors:

  • will be listed in our Program, on the Exhibitors page
  • Our website will include a link to your website
  • Your materials will be included in our Welcome! bag


Cancellation. CDGS requires a cancellation notice in writing sent to: cdgsconference@gmail.com , by:

  1. March 15th for a full refund
  2. Up to and including May 1st for a 50% refund
  3. On or after May 2nd, 0% refund


CDGS does not endorse any organization that exhibits..

Exhibitors must comply with The Desmond Hotel policies. Stand up banners and displays are allowed. Exhibitors may indicate their preferred spot but final table location will be determined by CDGS. Booth must be adequately staffed. There is no security in the courtyard where the exhibit area is located. CDGS has no responsibility for any items in the exhibit area. The exhibitor is responsible for any damage in their table area.


Exhibit Hours


Setup is night before, May 29, 2020, or at 7am - 7:30am on the day of the Conference.


Exhibitor check in 8am - 8:30am


Open: 8am - 3pm
Morning break: 9:30am-10:00am
Mid-Day:12:15pm - 1:30pm
Afternoon break: 2:30pm - 2:45pm


Exhibitor cleanup/clear out after 3pm


Further information will be made available to exhibitors upon completion of form and receipt of payment.
